  • How do I cancel or modify my service plan?

    You may cancel or modify your services at any time with a 7-day written notice. However, please note that cancellation or modification does not entitle you to a refund nor does it relieve you of any financial obligations outlined in your agreement. Any outstanding payments or commitments must still be fulfilled as per the terms of service. If you have any questions regarding your plan, we’re happy to assist you.
