My career began with a natural talent for organization, problem-solving, and streamlining processes. From the very start, I found fulfillment in bringing structure to fast-paced environments, ensuring that teams and executives could operate at their highest potential. Over the years, I’ve built a reputation for being the backbone of executive operations, seamlessly handling everything from calendar management, financial reporting, and project coordination to event planning, vendor relations, and team leadership. 

Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working across diverse industries, including higher education, real estate, corporate training, and event management. At a Major University, I played a key role in grant administration, financial oversight, and compliance management, ensuring projects remained aligned with funding regulations. My time at the Real Estate Firm allowed me to explore my passion for marketing and social media, where I managed digital engagement strategies and branding initiatives.

Additionally, at a small sales company, I excelled as an executive assistant, managing high-level administrative tasks, spearheading marketing projects, and securing over $1M in new business through strategic client prospecting and trade show management.
